Document Description
The office component will be in six towers located along the southern, western, and northern boundaries of the project site. The northern half of the site will have two 12-story towers, one eight-story tower, and two 96,000 square foot, 5.5 story parking garages. The southern half of the project site will have two 12-story towers and an eight story tower. The parking garages will, however, be smaller. The southern half of the project site will have one 68,000 square foot and one 86,000 square foot parking srtructure, both of which will be six stories. The southern half of the site will also have 30,000 square feet of retail space located within the towers.
