The Proposed Action involves the observation, photography and destruction of liquid fueled missile targets launched from Vandenberg AFB, CA. Four launches are proposed and would occur no sooner than 2008 and would be completed within 1 to 3 years. Target debris would fall to the ocean at least 3.5 miles from shore.
