Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Rezone from AR-5 (Agriculture Residential - 5 acres minimum) to SC (Shopping Center); a Design Review for a 41,500 square foot retail center, a Conditional Use Permit for two drive-throughs; a Tentative Pacel Map; and a Uniform Sign Program. The proposed retail center will be accessed from driveways off of Waterman Road and Bond Road. A ten foot wide paved multi-purpose trail is proposed to run along the eastern and southern boundaries of the site.
