Document Description
A request to create 4 lots from a single parcel totaling 109.5 acres located 0.25 mile east of Township Road on the private road of Arrowhead Trail. The site is approximately 3 miles northeast of the Peoria Road and Highway 20 intersection and is located outside of the community boundary of Browns Valley. The division of land will create parcels ranging in size from 20 acres to 40 acres. The project site is currently developed with a single family residence located on proposed Parcel 4. The project would allow for the development of three single family residences.
