Document Description
The project involves the realignment and widening of SR58 from a two-lane roadway to a 4-lane expressway/freeway from PM 21.8 west of Hidden River Rd near Hinkley and eastward to PM 31.1 0.775 miles east of Lenwood Rd. During construction, one lane of the current SR-58 will be closed and the terminal half mile at each end of the project will be used for staging. Outside the project area, there will be no off-road travel or parking areas. Access to the work areas will be gained through the use of existing easements on SR58, which gives full access to the proposed realignment and widening areas. The staging areas involved with this project will be located along the proposed right of way of the new alignment of SR58. Crossings at Valley View Road, Summerset Road, and Hinkley Road will be modified to have full standard shoulder and traveled way widths, and Hinkley and Summerset Road will have left-turn pocket lanes. Expressway access will be at Hinkley Road, and the Lenwood Interchange. All
