The subject proposal calls for the debelopment of a mixed-use project consisting of 55 residential dwelling units and approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial/office space along West Sierra Madre Boulevard, one of the City's major commercial areas. The existing structures, measuring a combined approximate 23,475 square feet, would be demolished under the proposal and in conjunction with the proposed construction, approximately 150 parking spaces are proposed.
