Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is proposing to amend the Water Management Program Agreement with AEWSD to improve water quality and water supply reliability. AEWSD is proposing to increase the capacity of its South Canal to return higher volumes of high quality groundwater to Metropolitan. The proposed project would modify the existing South Canal system generally between the Tejon Spreading Grounds and the intertie Pumping Plant, and amend the administration of the existing AEWSD-Metropolitan Program to allow more cost-effective program operations.
