Document Description
The Proposed Project involves subdivision and residential development of a 4.18-acre site. It is proposed to annex the project site to the City of Sonoma and develop 20 single-family housing units and two triplexes, for a total of 26 units. The Proposed Project would extend Pearce Drive, which would dead-end at the adjacent property on the north, and Ingram Drive, which would connect with Denmark Street. The vacant, single-family home currently located on the project site would be removed.
