A proposal to subdivide the 13.8-acre property located on the east side of Highlands Boulevard into 35 lots. Thirty-two lots are proposed for development with single-family residential structures and 3 lots are reserved for storm drainage detention facilities. Parcel sizes for development lots range from 10,104 square feet to 18,809 square feet. The project will be served by the Oroville Sewer Service District, South Feather Water and Power, and PG&E. Access will be off of Highland Boulevard at two points with the intersections being approximately 580 feet apart.
