Document Description
The Terra Cotta Well and Park project is a joint project between Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District and the City of Lake Elsinore. The District and City established an Easement and Public Park Improvement Agreement for the property on March 21, 2006. The project would provide a source of local water for the District's 1601 Lucerne Pressure Zone pursuant to the Elsinore Basin Groundwater Management Plan (EVMWD, 2003) and provide the City with a park for local residents. A portion of the site would house the well and the remaining portion would be converted to a park.
