Document Description
Issue a temporary right of entry permit to the Freeport Regional Water Authority (FRWA) to allow FRWA and its contractors access to and across the state-owned railroad right of way for the purpose of constructing an underground pipeline for the future conveyance of water. FRWA prepared and certified a Final EIR (SCH# 2002032132) for the project in February 2004.
