The project proposes the annexation of 4,115 acres into the City of Rancho Cucamonga from the County of San Bernardino. The entire proposed annexation area is currently zoned as West Foothills Planning Area with a mix of Floodway, Planned Development and Residential Uses. The project site is partially within the Etiwanda North Specific Plan and wholly within the City of Rancho Cucamonga sphere of influence.
