Document Description
A Coastal Development Permit for the grading of an agricultural road and for the removal of 6 trees over 12" in diameter at breast height (dbh). Approximately 1,000 cubic yards of engineered grading (500 cubic yards cut, 500 cubic yards fill) has occurred. All of the work has occurred without the benefit of permits. A Special Permit is required for major vegetation removal.
