Document Description
The North Tahoe Public Utility District intends to construct a 155 square foot building and related improvements to replace a chlorine gas sewage treatment facility with a sodium hypo choride system to meet Placer County Environmental Health requirements. The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the assignment of up to 132 square feet of restoration credit needed for the Chlorine Conversion Project. The assignment of restoration credit enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the sensitive land-class area with the Tahoe Basin.
