The proposed project would construct approximately 7.6 acres of freshwater wetland habitat on Santa Clara Valley Water District (District) property to fulfill a mitigation commitment for the District's Multi-Year Stream Maintenance Program. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0067-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Ngoc Nguyen, Santa Clara Valley Water District.
