Document Description
Development would consist of a total of 110 residential lots (ranging in size from approximately 10,000 square feet to 47,500 square feet), resulting in a net density of approximately 1.5 dwelling units per acre for the developable portion of the site. The proposed residential units would be a mix of one- and two-story homes with a minimum two-car garage. The development would also include a network of a privately-owned and maintained streets and cul-de-sacs, with access provided by a private, gated street. Two all-weather fire/emergency access roads (one from the western boundary of the site and the other from the southeastern boundary of the site) would provide alternative access routes during fire and/or emergency events.
