Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has determined that the following remedies are appropriate for the Agricultural and Recreational Tracts and Almond Orchard property: 1) The southern portion of the Almond requires no further action and no land use restriction. 2) The northern portion of the Almond Orchard (also known as the eastern portion of the Agricultural Tract) will have the existing deed restriction removed and no further action will be required. 3) For the western portion of the Agricultural Tract and the Recreational Tract, the existing deed restriction will be modified to limit the impervious surface cap requirement to the parking lot area overlying Sierra Crete.
