Document Description
The Stadium Area Master Plan Project includes the adoption of the Stadium Area Master Plan, the approval of the Stadium Area Master Plan Development Agreement, the approval of a tentative map, the modification of the Rohnert Park General Plan and the modification of the Rohnert Park City Zoning Map for 29.8 acres of City-owned land in Northwest Rohnert Park. The Project modifies Industrial and Public/Institutional Land Use Designations to Commercial (Regional), High Density Residential, and Parks/Recreation. The construction of infrastructure and development of the project site will occur over a period of time after approval of the project.
