Document Description
The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the sale and transfer of 558 sq. ft. of hard coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to receiving parcels on which the buyer will construct a permanent parking area in the Tahoe Vista Community Plan area. The parking area will partially replace a temporary gravel parking area used for a marina and restaurant. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
