Document Description
Applications for a CUP to allow the construction and operation of a two story commercial retail/ office center (41,950 s.f.) with a subterranean parking basement for 113 parking spaces. There will also be 1,600 square feet of usable outdoor area where visitors and employees can lounge and 25 open parking spaces provided on the upper level. There will be an 8" thick concrete block wall up to 6' tall along the west and north side of the site. Dense landscaping with decorative fountains will be placed along the south and southeast near the driveway. Two loading/ unloading spaces are also proposed near the driveway entrance.
