Class 1 and 3 bike facilities and trail, and a 10-12 foot wide single span bike / pedestrian bridge across Elk Creek. Post and chain fencing will demarcate the trail, and provide protection for sensitive plant species along the trail route. The acquired parcel will serve as the park trailhead and public parking lot, and include restrooms, interpretive panels, and a stormwater detention basin.
