Document Description
The proposed project requires a General Plan Amendment to include the property within the City Limits. The proposed project also includes establishing the following zones: Single Family (R1), Limited Use (LU), and Neighborhood Commercial (CN). The proposed project consists of the development of 80 acres of 173 R-1 single-family residential homes, 4.46 acres of CN Neighborhood Commercial and 14 acres of LU Limited Use for a 600-student capacity elementary school. The 173 single-family homes would be built with an approximately 8,500 sf average lot size.
