The Integrated Resources Plan would involve expansion and upgrades to the City's wastewater, recycled water, and urban runoff systems. Improvements include increased treatment capacity at the Hyperion Treatment Plant, the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant, and the Los Angeles-Glendale Water Reclamation Plant, as well as new large-diameter sewers, and expanded recycled water distribution system, dry weather runoff flow diversions (to the sewer system), wet weather management features, and similar facilities.
