Document Description
The proposed project would widen Keiser Avenue from Snyder Lane to approximately one-half mile east to the intersection with Kerry Road . Keiser Avenue is the northern boundary of the University District Specific Plan (UDSP) area, and the reconstruction of Keiser Avenue was evaluated in the UDSP 2006 EIR. Keiser Avenue is located in the northwest corner of the UDSP area. The UDSP assumed that low and medium density residential and public uses would be developed along the south side of this portion of Keiser Avenue. The UDSP also included widening of Keiser Avenue into the southern UDSP area between Snyder Lane and Petaluma Hill Road .
