The proposed project would construct a six-lane divided roadway from Irvine Boulevard in the City of Irvine to Towne Centre Drive in the City of Lake Forest. Other improvements such as drainage facilities, flood control improvements, and an on-road bikeway would be implemented concurrently with construction of the roadway.
