Document Description
Pursuant to California Redevelopment Law, the Contra Costra Redevelopment Agency is proposing (a) to create the Downtown El Sobrante Redevelopment Project Area, and (b) adopt a Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown El Sobrante Redevelopment Project. The goals and objectives of the El Sobrante Redevelopment Project are to eliminate substandard buildings and those that conflict with the uses proposed in the Contra Costa General Plan and applicable County standards and guidelines, and to create residential opportunities for all segments of the community. An amendment to the County General Plan will be considered in support of the Redevelopment Plan.
