Document Description
The Pasadena Power Plant is located near the southwestern most portion of the City of Pasadena. The purpose of this project, as identified by the CEQA lead agency, the City of Pasadena, is to upgrade the Pasadena Power Plant to enhance the delivery of electricity to residents and businesses in the City by providing a cleaner and more environmentally sensitive method of power generation and delivery.
