Tentative Subdivision Map for approximately 268.3 acres of land located west of Peabody Road, north and south of the Putah Canal and east of Clay Bank Road into 919 single family lots and 31 miscellaneous parcels for open space, landscape parkways, utilities and future public use (School and Park) sites. Improvements include two off-site water reservoirs north of the development, and off-site roads, sewer and water line extensions south of the development area. The project also includes request for PUD Permit and Development Review of proposed house plans to be developed on 309 lots within that portion of the site commonly identified as Neighborhoods 7, 8 and 12 on the Gold Ridge Planned Development Overlay.
