Document Description
The project activities involve bed, bank, or channel alteration by the installation of five temporary crossings at five stream sites involving unnamed tributaries to Elk Creek. Elk Creek is tributary to Rattlesnake Creek, tributary to the South Fork Eel River, tributary to the Eel River. The installation and removal of all temporary crossings shall be restricted to one summer period of operations. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement R3-2001-0420, pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Calvin Harwood.
