CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #R5-2002-0009) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Larry Nelson representing Davis Partners, LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of four unnamed drainages, tribuatries to Agua Hedionda Creek to accommodate the development of an industrial park with associated access roads and the off-site development of Melrose Drive. The project is located north of Palomar Airport Road, south of the Carlsbad Raceway and west of Business Park Drive in the City of Carlsbad, San Diego County, impacting 0.23 acre of streambed.
