Document Description
The proposed projects entails the construction of an underground storm drain pipe for the purpose of collecting drainage from within the Fair Street right-of-way as well as runoff from Assessor's Parcel No. 005-500-011 and overland flow from the west and north of this property. These flows currently pond on the surrounding properties. The project will correct this situation by collecting the drainage in an underground pipe and directing it along the northern and western property lines of APN No. 005-500-011 to Fair Street, and then along Fair Street and Paseo Companeros to Commanche Creek (Edgar Slough).
