Document Description
The project consists of construction of a metered turn-out facility on the Colorado River Aqueduct with magnetic flow meter and electrical service, construction of approximately 4,000 linear feet of replacement water transmission and distribution pipelines, construction of a roofed, 300,000-gallon treated water storage reservoir, rehabilitation of an existing 300,000-gallon open raw water storage reservoir, construction of a 40-gpm water treatment and pumping facility, and implementation of a water-exchange agreement between the District, the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District, and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California enabling the District to continue to use surface water from the Colorado River Aqueduct.
