Document Description
The project consists of an application for a grading permit to expand an existing pond on the property (Majority of grading activity, already completed). Material from the excavation will be used to build a berm above the 100-year flood level between the subject property and the property to the west. The berm will have two areas on the northwest and southeast that will be suitable for development. A 24-inch culvert with flared concrete end sections or a 36-inch culvert.
