Document Description
IRWD is proposing to improve private roads accessing the MWRP. These improvements include: realigning Riparian Way to improve vehicular traffic line-of-sight at the intersection of Riparian Way and Michelson Drive; providing adequate roadway width for two-way traffic on both Riparian Way and Duck Club Road; improving Riparian Way drainage to avoid ponding; providing a future parking area for the demonstration garden on Riparian Way; repairing a failed slope along Riparian Way between Michelson Drive and the MWRP main entrance; and designing a portion of Duck Club Road to accommodate settlement of the roadbed.
