The project proposes the construction of a new access road of approximately 2.5 miles from Flores Avenue, east of interchange with Interstate 5, northeast to County Road 99W. Construction includes a 40-foot wide (2-12 feet wide drive lanes wtih 2-8 feet wide shoulders), two lane roadway from Flores Avenue at an intersection approximately 1,200 feet east of the centerline of Interstate 5 in a northeastern direction with a bridge crossing at Coyote Creek to either a new intersection with County Road 99W or the existing Wal Mart truck entrance at County Road 99W.
