Document Description
Torch Operating Company is requesting a modification of their FDP Point Pedernales Project (Final Development Plan) and DPP Point Pedernales Project (Development and Production Plan) to allow introduction of Tranquillon Ridge production into the existing Point Pedernales Project. Torch is also requesting the issuance of an oil and gas lease in State Tidelands to allow for development of the Tranquillon Ridge Field.
