Document Description
The Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Program (LCR MSCP) is a joint federal, non-federal program designed to provide incidental tak coverage for endangered species and provide a comprehensive plan for restoration of sensitive habitat along the Lower Colorado River from Lake Mead to the Southerly International Boundary with Mexico. Metropolitan is the CEQA Lead Agency for the preparation of the joint EIR/EIS. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service act as the NEPA Lead Agencies.
