Document Description
The proposed project would consist of minor amendments to the Lathrop Water, Wastewater and Recycled Water Master Plan to include the extension of recycled water storage and disposal service to several areas in and around the city. This will be accomplished by the construction of recycled water pipelines and associated facilities between the existing City lines and proposed disposal areas north and south of the city limits, and construction of storage recycled water storage ponds in the eastern portion of the city and south of the city limits. Previously approved wastewater treatment capacity would not be expanded. The expanded recycled water disposal and storage capacity would be included in a 5-year permit being requested from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board.
